What does a lead cost?
Flat fee per claim, varies by trade and job value. You see the price before you claim — no surprises.
What if the homeowner ghosts me?
If a lead turns out to be a dead end, report it from your dashboard within 48 hours of unlocking. If the report is accepted, the credits go straight back to your balance. Credits are never converted to cash.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly or yearly subscription, cancel anytime. No yearly minimums, no exit fees.
Why subscribe and pay per lead?
Subscription unlocks your full storefront — custom services, portfolio, flyers, and public search ranking. Credits are what you spend to unlock an individual lead, so you only pay for the leads you choose to claim.
Do I need a trade licence?
For regulated trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, locksmith, pest control) — yes, we verify your trade licence number. For everything else, your business registration number is enough. Both paths earn a trust badge, and neither needs a document upload.
